Off-Plan vs Ready: Which Is the Smarter Buy in 2026?

Off-plan lets you buy at launch pricing with a construction-linked payment plan — often around 10% to book and the balance staged through to handover. You're buying tomorrow's home at today's price, with potential appreciation before you even take keys.

Ready property gives you certainty: you see exactly what you're buying and can move in or rent it out immediately. The trade-off is a higher upfront cash requirement and no built-in construction-period upside.

Both are protected — every transaction is registered with the Dubai Land Department, and off-plan payments are held in government escrow, released to the developer only on construction milestones.
